Upper Anterior Implants with Grafting the Defect

A female 25 year patient came with periapical lesion and sinus tract Wrt right central incisor . Also both upper central incisor had just root stumps left with no ferrule and poor prognosis. So it was decided to extract the tooth and do immediate implantation .On atraumatic extraction and flap reflection the site with right central incisor had large bone defect .The site was curetted and implants were placed in both central incisor ,The defect was grafted with Dfdba plus beta tri calcium phosphate. Above it collagen membrane was placed and site was sutured.
