Case of the day :- Advance Grafting for deficient maxilla for immediate dental implant placement in a in a 3 mm residual Bone

• A female 65 year old patient had missing upper right posterior teeth . She had very less bone for Dental implant placement.
• The maxillary sinus was pneumatized as the patient had lost her teeth long ago and not gone for replacement causing loss of bone and Sinus pneumatization .
