Just like bone grafting, soft tissue may also be deficient at the site of implant placement .Good bulk of soft tissue is very important for long term success of implant as it protects the underlying bone  , also it is very important from aesthetic point of view to have good bulk of tissue .

There are many ways to do soft tissue graft from palate like :–

1)Free gingival graft

2)Connective tissue graft

3)Pedicel roll graft
