UPPER Dentition was failing and lower posterior were also in bad condition . and bone in lower posterior was compromised and doctors in UK refused to place implants . She contacted EKDANTAM and our chief implantologist DR KAPIL SINGHAL ..After ba round of complete discussion and planning surgery was planned and immediate provisional teeth were given the same day after surgery . After 3 months when patient returned final ALL CERAMIC ZIRCONIA Crowns were fabricated with CADCAM technique and delivered to the patient to get a perfect beautiful looking natural smile on her face which she always desired off.
